Digital Memorial Services
Because memorial pages, obituary writing, and digital legacy services are created immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once a memorial has been published or accessed.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be granted when:
- Duplicate payments occur
- Technical issues prevent service delivery
- Eternal Families Co. fails to provide the purchased service
- Billing errors occur
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Published memorial pages
- Completed obituary writing services
- AI-generated content already delivered
- Custom memorial designs
- Administrative setup fees
Custom memorial services are commonly treated as non-refundable once created or activated because they are personalized and cannot be resold.
Subscription Services
If you offer annual or monthly memorial hosting:
- Users may cancel at any time
- Future billing will stop
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
