Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared before shipping begins. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Saturdays will begin processing the following Monday, as Sunday is not a business day and our office is closed on Fridays.

Business Days

Eternal Families observes the following business days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturdays, and Sundays. Our office is closed on Fridays. Business day calculations for all shipping estimates begin on the next available business day following order placement.

Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 Business Days

Standard shipping orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of processing. Please note that business days do not include Fridays.

Example: An order placed on Friday will begin processing on Saturday. Standard shipping delivery would be estimated between the following Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the subsequent week, accounting for our office closure on Fridays.

Express Shipping (Rush Printing) — 1 to 3 Business Days

Express shipping orders are prioritized and delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of processing. Express shipping is available for an additional charge as shown at checkout. The same business day rules apply. Fridays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Carriers

Eternal Families ships via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at the discretion of Eternal Families based on delivery destination and order specifications.

Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Eternal Families is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our memorial products, all sales are final once an order has been created and payment has been confirmed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on printed memorial materials after the order has been placed.
