This Free Obituary Offer (the "Offer") is provided by Eternal Families (eternalfamiliesco.com) subject to the following terms and conditions. By redeeming this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
What Is Included
This Offer provides one (1) complimentary obituary writing service. The obituary will be written by the Eternal Families care team based on the information provided during the memorial intake form. One (1) round of revisions is included. The completed obituary draft will be delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving all required information.
What Is Not Included
This Offer does not include and expressly excludes the following services:
- Personalized Tribute Song (Eternal Melody)
- Personalized Eulogy
- Premium Family Video Tribute
- Eternal Presence (Social Media Announcements)
- Eternal Livestream
- Rush Priority Turnaround
- Memorial Page Content
- Printed obituary programs of any kind
- Print quality upgrades
- Shipping of any materials
- Any other service, product, or add-on not explicitly listed above as included
Printed obituary programs, print quality upgrades, and shipping charges, if selected during checkout, are the sole financial responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged separately at the rates shown in the order summary.
Eligibility
This Offer is valid for one (1) use per household. Eternal Families reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline any request that does not meet these terms. Offer is valid for the Essential Tribute package only and may not be applied to the Legacy Package or Eternal Package.
Limitations
This Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable. It may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated in writing by Eternal Families. Eternal Families reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Offer at any time without prior notice.
Delivery
Eternal Families will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed obituary draft within 5–7 business days of receiving all required intake information. Delivery timelines may vary based on volume and the completeness of information provided.
Revisions
One (1) round of revisions is included with this Offer. Additional revision requests beyond the included round may be subject to additional charges at the discretion of Eternal Families.
